Broschüre "NABU´s International Work for Ecosystems and Biodiversity"

Ecosystems are essential for life. They are complex, multifunctional and simply beautiful. However, due to anthropogenic impacts, there are few intact ecosystems left. Most have been damaged, degraded, or destroyed. The alarm bells are ringing, and the noise is deafening. In this booklet we respond to this warning and put ecosystems and biodiversity in the spotlight. We illustrate the services ecosystems provide worldwide and showcase how NABU’s vision for international nature conservation, ecosystem restoration, species protection, and livelihood support is coming to life.
